Installation
The ultrahigh
vacuum was installed in October 2004. The following pictures show several steps
during the installation process.
Steps 1 + 2. Open box and unwrap
Step 3. Inspect the system
Step 4. Move into place
Step 5. Install the XPS analyzer.
Step 6. Put on custom made suit for baking session
