Jeronimo Matos
PhD Student
Originally from Venezuela, Jeronimo Matos completed his bachelors degree in Physics at the University of Central Florida in 2011. In the past two years, Jeronimo has performed DFT studies on the adsorption and diffusion of anthracene and sexithiophene on various metal surfaces. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Physics.
Tomas Rojas
PhD Student
Tomas Rojas completed his bachelor degree in Physics from the University of Costa Rica in 2009. He worked as an instructor at UCR. As an undergraduate, he worked at Center for Research on Materials Science & Engineering (CICIMA) where he did research on thin films. Since 2012, he is pursuing his PhD in Physics at the University of Central Florida. His current research focus uses DFT to study the adsorption of thiophene on different metal surfaces.
