Chilean kneaded bread:


Ingredients:
- 1 kg flour.
- 2.5 tablespoons butter.
- 1.5 cups warm water.
- 4 teaspoons yeast.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar.

Preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup of water. Let it sit until it doubles its volume.
- Melt the butter and join with the salt and 1 cup of water.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl or in the kitchen table.
- Knead the mass with your hands for at least 20 min.
- Let it rest for 30 min covered with a cloth (so the yeast have time to rise).
- Roll the dough into a 8-10 cm roll. Cut pieces of about 5 cm lenght. Rol each piece into a flattend ball and put them in an oven pan (keep distance one from another because they will grow).
- Pinch each piece 3-4 times with a fork.
- Bake on the oven at 220 C (430 F) for 25-30 min.

Serving:
For a better experience, serve immediately after baked. the lastest lab experiments have shown that the results improve significantly if eaten with avocado. To prepare the avocado, collect a couple of avocados, some salt, olive oil, and lemon juice into a bowl. Mash everything together with a fork. Open a bread piece, spread the avocado on each half, and enjoy.
