Group Contract Brainstorm

• Take the contract seriously
• Be here on time unless infectious
• Don't let one person do all of the work, everyone should work and participate
• If someone is absent, provide them with notes
• Each member will have a time when they bring food
• Do the assigned reading each week
• Be available to help teammates outside of class, particularly when a team member is absent
• Listen to all ideas
• show and give respect
• Feel free to give constructive criticism (critique ideas not people)
• If you can't be here, get in touch with your team
• Make set meeting times
• Don't wait until the test to ask for help
• Can only fire someone for failing to do something that is explicitly on the contract
