Hulya Atmacan Kaptan
is a graduate student from Turkey. Before coming to UCF, she was
a student at Middle East Technical University. Here, she is studying for
her PhD. Hulya's major fields of study are Semiconductor Physics and Nonostructure.
She was born in Eskisehir, Turkey, and likes to play volleyball. Kaptan
also enjoys science fiction. She currently is working on Surface Magneto
Optic Kerr Effect Experiments. Hulya does not like Florida's heat, but
she loves the flat land and the birds of Orlando. Kaptan's favorite scientists
are Richard Feynman and Enrico Fermi.
