The primary use of this lab will be carried out by Enrique del Barco and his group components, though it is open for the use of other faculty within the UCF Physics Department upon request. The photograph below shows a general view of the lab.
The lab consists on a UHV chamber with thermal and e-beam metal evaporation sources and a clean room with a optical mask aligner, a high magnification microscope, spin-coater, ultrasound bath and other tools necessary to fabricate devices with 1 micrometer resolution features.
