Orlando Tech Center Lab

You will find soon in this page information of our new microfabrication lab placed in the installations of the Orlando Tech Center.

This lab has been possible due to the collaborative effort of Brian Tonner, Gabriel Braunstein and Enrique del Barco and will allow the physics department community to fabricate samples over one micron with flexible and integrated lithography and deposition techniques..

The primary use of this lab will be carried out by Enrique del Barco and his group components, though it is expected to be open for the use of other faculty within the UCF Physics Department upon request.

The photograph on the left shows the current state of the lab, with the UHV chamber in the center. We are working now to incorporate a clean room and organize the whole lab.
