Magnetic sensors fabrication at UCF

We have expanded our lab with a new space at the Orlando Tech Center building. This new lab will be exclusively dedicated to the fabrication of micro-Hall effect magnetic sensors and high frequency microwave transmission lines and microstrip resonators.

We count with a clean-room, an optical mask aligner and a UHV chamber specifically designed for metal deposition by e-beam and thermal evaporation techniques.
