Magnetic sensors fabrication at UCF

We have microfabrication lab exclusively dedicated to the fabrication of micro-Hall effect magnetic sensors, high frequency microwave transmission lines, microstrip resonators, single-electron transistors and other microscale devices.

We count with a clean-room, an optical mask aligner and a UHV chamber specifically designed for metal deposition by e-beam and thermal evaporation techniques.
